About Mindset Care

Over the last couple of years, Alex has begun delivering a keynote speech and writing a book about resilient optimism™, or the unshakable belief that you can turn any setback into a stepping stone.

Self-care alone won’t make you a resilient optimist. You can’t massage your way out of burnout. But you can adopt an ongoing practice to strengthen your mind—just like you would do with any other muscle—to accomplish your goals and live with more ease.

Through our daily group sessions and Alex’s optional, complimentary 1-to-1 coaching, you will gain tools to unpack stress, quiet the inner-critic, and feel more grounded long after you leave the mountains.
